<p></p><p>Company Overview:</p><p>Our client is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Appointment Setter to source, engage, and qualify leads through targeted outbound email campaigns. The goal is to book appointments with owners looking to sell their businesses for a business brokerage. This is a competitive and challenging role, and while direct business brokerage experience is not required, similar outbound lead genera on or appointment-setting experience is highly favorable. This role is 100% focused on securing qualified appointments — no pitching, selling, or closing. We provide and pay for all required tools, software, and verified lead contact information so you can focus solely on results. </p><p><br>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Identify and source qualified leads. </li> <li>Support business development efforts overall </li> <li>Write compelling, conversion-driven email copy to maximize response rates, click through-rates, and overall brand awareness </li> <li>Manage and optimize email campaigns using platforms such as Smartleads.ai, ZoomInfo, and Inboxlogy </li> <li>Create, implement, and help manage multiple channels/funnels of outbound </li> <li>Apply defined qualification criteria to ensure all appointments meet standards before handoff </li> <li>Track and refine outreach performance to improve appointment-setting efficiency </li> <li>Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment on target profiles and messaging</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Proven experience in outbound lead generation or appointment setting, preferably in competitive industries </li> <li>Strong copywriting skills for short-form, high-impact email content </li> <li>Proficiency with lead sourcing and email automation tools (Smartleads.ai, ZoomInfo, Inboxlogy or similar) </li> <li>Resilient and adaptable in a challenging prospec ng environment Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed targets </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.</li> <li>Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. </li> <li>Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. </li> </ul><p>Salary : $6-9/hr with uncapped commissions</p><p>Timezone: EST</p><p></p>
