P6 Scheduler

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced P6 Scheduler to represent the GC on federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring effective project execution and timely completion in line with USACE standards. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project timelines and milestones.
• Analyze schedule performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present schedule reports for management and stakeholders.
• Utilize MS Project for scheduling tasks and resource allocation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with USACE scheduling requirements and standards.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler on projects of similar size and scope.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
• Strong understanding of USACE standards and requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
