What You’ll Be Doing
• Connect with clients to understand their financial goals, lifestyle needs, and long-term vision
• Create custom insurance plans using term life, whole life, and universal life products
• Provide insight on topics like retirement planning, income protection, and risk management
• Foster trust and build lasting relationships through follow-ups, education, and client care
• Use CRM tools and workflow systems to stay organized and responsive
• Meet or exceed performance goals while ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Stay up to date with California-specific regulations, insurance trends, and product updates
• Explore opportunities to offer clients additional financial solutions where appropriate
What You Bring
• A valid life insurance license in the state of California
• 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or a client-centric sales role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with people
• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to stay efficient and organized
• A consultative approach to sales — focused on client needs, not quick wins
• A growth-focused mindset and a commitment to putting the client first
