Joinus, and be a part of the magic that illuminates the world's stages, movie productions and performance spaces.</p><figure><lite-youtube videoid="eRLfgiTTSdo" title="Play: Video"></lite-youtube></figure><p><strong>Yourfuture</strong></p><p>As Area Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in our growth journey, responsible for managing and growing several of our key distributors across Europe - and potentially in other regions.</p><p>You’ll build strong relationships, drive performance, and ensure that our partners are equipped and motivated to succeed.</p><p>This is a remote position, open to candidates living in Europe, with regular travel required.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop distributor partnerships</li><li>Evaluate market coverage to ensure LumenRadio is well represented across all relevant segments</li><li>Continuously evaluate distributor performance and identify opportunities to strengthen or expand our partner network where needed</li><li>Negotiate contracts and set joint sales and marketing goals</li><li>Monitor and follow up on sales performance</li><li>Deliver regular sales forecasts</li><li>Plan and support training activities for distributor staff and customers</li><li>Present to distributor teams and end customers</li><li>Collect and share market and product feedback</li><li>Represent LumenRadio at tradeshows and partner events</li><li>Act as the internal advocate for your distributors’ needs and ideas</li></ul><p><strong>We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:</strong></p><ul><li>Bring experience from the entertainment, architectural, or film lighting industry</li><li>Have an international background in channel sales, key account management, or partner development</li><li>Are confident in negotiating with senior stakeholders</li><li>Are structured, proactive, and relationship-driven</li><li>Communicate fluently in English (additional languages are a plus)</li></ul><p><strong>Diversityand culture</strong></p><p>We are on amission to replace all cables in the world, and we are looking for you whoshare our passion for cutting-edge technology!
