Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM's data solutions and their capabilities.
Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support in their data-related needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of IBM's data solutions.
Lead technical discussions with clients to understand their data environment and provide tailored solutions.
Create and deliver technical proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure IBM's data solutions remain competitive.
Provide technical training and support to sales teams to improve their knowledge and understanding of data solutions.
Attend conferences and industry events to represent IBM and network with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with IBM's data solutions.
Identify and address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through training and self-learning.
