As a member of our Operations team, you will make a daily impact on the lives of others. Our Operations team is responsible for the daily fulfillment and distribution of Zimmer Biomet surgical implants, devices and instruments.<br><br><strong>We are looking for self-motivated and customer-oriented teammates!<br><br></strong>Our benefits include bonus opportunities, insurance benefits (medical, dental vision, life insurance, etc.), 401k and paid time off.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>While representing ZB RX Medical, you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers</li><li>Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization</li><li>Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel</li><li>Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations</li><li>Read maps, and route configuration</li><li>Perform safety inspections in transportation setting</li><li>Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products</li><li>Provide customer service in surface transportation</li><li>Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records</li><li>Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle</li><li>Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record</li><li>Record transactions and issues on customer receipts</li><li>Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members</li><li>Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups</li><li>Provide Warehouse support when needed.</li><li>Check for sterility, missing/broken implants &amp; instruments</li><li>Assist with Cycle Counting scans, leverage hospital relationships to influence PO collection, and relay surgery schedules when available.</li><li>Participate with On-call rotation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>0+ Years of experience required training provided</li><li>Must possess a valid drivers license with no restrictions</li><li>Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed</li></ul>
