We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Airship Operations at LTA Research and Exploration, a leading company in aviation innovation. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Airship Operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist in coordinating flight operations, ground operations, and aircraft maintenance activities under the guidance of the V.P. of Airship Operations.
• Serve as a point of contact and liaison for internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and external vendors.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the V.P. of Airship Operations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist in organizing departmental meetings, workshops, and special events.
• Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives.
• Handle incoming inquiries and requests, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed.
• Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation as required.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a corporate environment, preferably within the aviation industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $89,000, which is determined based on experience, geography, and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes a very competitive annual bonus, 401K Match, and other generous benefits.
