About the position

As a Behavioral Health Clinician in Primary Care - In Training, you will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary health team, providing high-quality, cost-effective behavioral health care to patients. This role involves delivering brief, evidence-based behavioral health treatment to adults within a primary care setting. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to conduct assessments and intakes, provide brief psychotherapy, manage cases, and complete necessary documentation. This position is designed for individuals who are in training and will require you to work both in-person at our Madison location and remotely from home, ensuring flexibility in your work schedule. Responsibilities
• Provide brief, evidence-based behavioral health treatment to adults in a primary care setting.

• Work collaboratively with other providers to complete assessments and intakes.

• Deliver brief psychotherapy and case management services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to patient care.

Requirements
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other Behavioral Health related field.

• One (1) year internship in a behavioral health setting.
,
• License eligible as a Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW upon completion of supervised hours.

• License required within 2.5 years of hire.
