<strong>Location: </strong> Tucker, GA<br><br><strong>Salary: </strong> Depends on Experience<br><br><strong>Description: </strong> Our client is currently seeking a Data Analyst<br><br><strong>Data Analyst - Power BI &amp; SQL Expert<br><br></strong>Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days on-site per week)<br><br>Duration: 6-12 months contract<br><br>Department: System Operations<br><br>Rate is negotiable but targeting $65-75 (we can discuss)<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We are seeking a Senior or Principal Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and deep expertise in Power BI to join our System Operations team-the group that keeps the power on. This role is central to our data transformation efforts, focused on building and enhancing dashboards that drive operational insights.<br><br>You'll work closely with an executive leader who is highly engaged in dashboard development. The ideal candidate will take ownership of an existing Power BI dashboard, improve it, and help train internal staff to sustain and expand its use.<br><br><strong>Top Priorities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Power BI expertise - must be able to build, enhance, and optimize dashboards.</li><li>Strong SQL understanding - while query writing is not required, you must be able to interpret and work with complex datasets.</li><li>Data Analyst mindset - ability to translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Take over and improve an existing Power BI dashboard used across the organization.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver visual solutions.</li><li>Train internal team members to manage and evolve dashboards independently.</li><li>Present data insights clearly to executives and broader teams.</li><li>Contribute to the Data Portal, our internal reporting platform.</li><li>Potentially build new dashboards from scratch based on future needs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5-10+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.</li><li>Proven expertise in Power BI and familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem.</li><li>Strong understanding of SQL (no query writing required, but must interpret data effectively).</li><li>Experience in consulting or contracting roles with longer-term engagements.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice to Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with Databricks, JSON, and C#.</li><li>Background in utilities or similar industries (not required).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Team &amp; Environment<br><br></strong><ul><li>Join a team of 9 professionals, working closely with a dashboard-focused executive.</li><li>Hybrid work model with on-site presence required at least 3 times per week (final schedule TBD).</li><li>Supportive environment with a focus on analytics transformation.</li><li>How to Apply<br><br></li></ul>Please send your resume directly to for immediate consideration.<br><br>Along with Linked IN profile and contact information.<br><br>Joy Provenzano, Senior Recruiting Manager<br><br>The Judge Group<br><br>By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
