  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in remote work environments is preferred.
  • Industry-specific recruitment experience (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with the ability to cater to different time zones as needed.
  • Full-time availability is preferred, with occasional extended hours during peak hiring periods.
