- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in remote work environments is preferred.
- Industry-specific recruitment experience (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
Working Hours
