healthy pipeline of qualified leads</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><b><span>Support the full sales process</span></b><span><span> from </span><span>initial</span><span> outreach to proposal generation</span><span>, contract closure</span><span> and handoff to </span><span>local </span><span>sales </span><span>t</span><span>e</span><span>ams</span><span>.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><b><span>Maintain detailed, </span><span>accurate</span><span> CRM records</span></b><span><span> of </span><span>target accounts, </span><span>lead status, opportunity notes, and relevant engagement metrics.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><b><span>Collaborate with Field Sales Professionals, Club Development Managers, and National Account teams</span></b><span><span> to prioritize leads and coordinate territory-level acquisition efforts.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><b><span>Assist</span><span> in the development of sport-specific presentations and proposals</span></b><span><span>, aligning product assortments and services with the unique needs of each KPIs</span></b><span><span> for </span><span>total </span><span>incremental growth dollars</span><span>, and </span><span>contribution</span><span> to new business pipeline</span><span> activities</span><span>.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul></div><br><br><p><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></b></p><p><b><span><span><span>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</span></span></span></b></p><ul><li><b><span>Passion for baseball </span><span>and a strong understanding of the club/academy landscape</span></b><span><span>, with the ability to speak credibly to coaches, directors, and administrators.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li><li><b><span>Deep familiarity and existing relationships within the </span><span>club</span><span> sports ecosystem</span></b><span><span>—particularly </span></span><b><span>club softball </span></b><span><span>—is </span><span>preferred</span><span>, with an ability to navigate its unique dynamics and decision-makers</span><span>.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li><li><b><span>Comfortable managing outbound outreach</span></b><span><span> in a fast-paced environment with clear daily/weekly customer-facing roles—preferably in a sports, apparel, or team-focused environment.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></li><li><b><span>Experience using CRM</span></b><span><span> systems and basic sales enablement tools.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and
