Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to drive product sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of healthcare products and services to provide accurate and effective information to customers.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to management, and meet set targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: A strong understanding of healthcare products and services, as well as the challenges and trends in the industry, is an advantage.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining customer relationships is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and product demonstrations.
