With significant revenue growth and a strong customer base, Tres.Finance is defining the future of blockchain-powered financial solutions.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As an Account Manager at Tres.Finance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. You’ll play a key role in understanding their needs, supporting them throughout the onboarding process, and acting as their trusted advisor to maximize value and drive growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Own the post-sales relationship with a portfolio of customers — from onboarding through renewal</li><li>Understand each customer’s financial/tax workflows, pain points, and crypto use cases</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor for best practices in data mapping, transaction reconciliation, and tax reporting</li><li>Proactively drive adoption and satisfaction through regular check-ins and QBRs</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers' voices are heard</li><li>Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to retention and upsell strategies</li><li>Help shape and improve playbooks for onboarding, success metrics, and financial health monitoring</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Background in accounting, finance, tax</strong>, or related fields – CPA or similar certifications are a plus</li><li><strong>2+ years of experience as a CSM / Account Manager</strong> in a SaaS company</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>crypto markets</strong>, <strong>wallets</strong>, <strong>blockchain explorers</strong>, and <strong>DeFi protocols</strong></li><li>Experience working with crypto transaction data, reconciliation tools, or tax/reporting platforms</li><li>Ability to communicate complex financial and technical concepts clearly</li><li>Highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive in customer relationship management</li><li>Experience with enterprise accounts or financial institutions working in crypto</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br>None<br>
