About the position
Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels.
- Utilize effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills to address customer service inquiries.
- Use discretionary authority to satisfy customers, including adjustments and credit limit increases.
- Navigate a computerized system for responding to customer questions and troubleshooting.
- Document customer files and manage risk and customer-impacting issues.
Requirements
- Primarily remain in a stationary position.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
- Completion of activities designed to evaluate specific skills, knowledge, and qualifications.
Nice-to-haves
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years customer service experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
