About the position

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels.
  • Utilize effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills to address customer service inquiries.
  • Use discretionary authority to satisfy customers, including adjustments and credit limit increases.
  • Navigate a computerized system for responding to customer questions and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer files and manage risk and customer-impacting issues.

Requirements

  • Primarily remain in a stationary position.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Completion of activities designed to evaluate specific skills, knowledge, and qualifications.

Nice-to-haves

  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
