About the position
NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Processor to provide essential support to the department using clerical and analytical skills. This role is crucial in assisting Marketing Specialists and Account Managers in the daily management of Property & Casualty policies. The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately execute agency processes that provide account leaders with quality management data per policy. Strong computer skills, along with effective verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities, are required. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule from the Glendale, AZ office or a fully remote MST schedule, offering flexibility to the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling policy correspondence reports from carrier websites and managing carrier email delivery of similar reports. You will utilize the agency management system to conduct quality control checks on new business, renewal policies, endorsements, audits, and other account management activities. Additionally, you will execute policy correspondence delivery to clients according to agency guidelines and procedures, input and communicate notices of cancellations and non-renewals, and operate various standard office machines, including personal computers and other office equipment. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public is essential, as is assisting with special projects as assigned by management.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required; college preferred.

• Management Property & Casualty License preferred.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people.

• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate resources and responsibilities.
