Responsibilities
• Facilitate the negotiation, drafting, and execution of affiliations agreements with external partners or organizations.

• Ensure agreements comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
,
• Maintain records of agreements and update as necessary.
,
• Align with strategies and initiatives to enhance rotations and continued pipelines within the organization.
,
• Serve as a point of contact for external partners regarding affiliations agreements.
,
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
,
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, or events related to agreements.
,
• Coordinate education and communications in partnership with HR, Operations, etc.
,
• Support a governance council and LOB specific needs.
,
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation related to tracking, benefits, development and agreements.
,
• Maintain records and assist in financial planning related to agreements and initiatives.
,
• Track affiliations and program data in centralized repository; supporting benefits analysis and partnerships with ROI for future employees.
,
• Monitor compliance with agreements and regulatory requirements.
,
• Evaluate the effectiveness of agreements and rotations and suggest improvements.
,
• Conduct research on best practices in strategic alignment for affiliations agreements.
,
• Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
,
• 2 years of experience coordinating detailed work programs and efforts across complex, multi-department areas.
,
• Desired certifications: PMP and/or data analysis/visualization.
