Laravel & Python Developer (Could be Long Term Part-Time)

This will be a fun an interesting project. We have developed a custom mini-ERP app in Laravel with MySQL database. It is integrated to Salesforce, Jira, Order Management and Inventory Management system Xero , e-commerce platforms and OpenAI.

Job Role
• Support the main developer for the custom application development in Laravel.
• Synchronise the main database with the sub-databases
• Enrich data of the MySQL database
• Configure the no-code Metabase Dashboards for Sales, Gross margin, products.
• Write python code to use fuzzy logic for name matching.
• Write python code to do simple agents to support order processing with tools like Langchain or Langraph, e.g. read email, create Jira, reply to customer that we are working on it and provide the Jira number.

Experience & Skills
• Able to speak and write in English clearly.
• Al least 5 years experience as a developer
• Demonstrate strong programming skills
• PHP and Laravel
• Python
• API development
• Experience with OpenAI, ChatGPT and using Cursor AI as a software development co-pilot is an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce and order processiong is an advantage.

• We can discuss and document the technical approach and link the Jira work items to each technical project's confluence pages.
