Backend Developer (Java & Python)

This role involves developing scalable backend services, integration solutions, and AI-driven features that power intelligent applications.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul> <li> Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using <strong>Java</strong> and <strong>Python</strong>. </li> <li> Build and improve integration frameworks for cloud-based and on-premise environments. </li> <li> Develop optimized RESTful APIs and backend logic to support scalable systems. </li> <li> Work collaboratively in <strong>Agile</strong> teams alongside product managers, QA engineers, and developers. </li> <li> Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior team members. </li> <li> Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability. </li> <li> Develop autonomous AI agents with intelligent decision-making capabilities. </li> <li> Integrate <strong>large language models (LLMs)</strong> to enhance application intelligence and user experiences. </li> </ul><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul> <li> 3 to 5 years of professional experience with <strong>Java</strong> and <strong>Python</strong> in backend development. </li> <li> Strong knowledge of <strong>object-oriented programming (OOP)</strong> and design patterns. </li> <li> Experience building <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> and working with <strong>microservices architectures</strong>. </li> <li> Familiarity with <strong>multithreading</strong>, concurrency, and system performance optimization. </li> <li> Exposure to cloud platforms such as <strong>AWS</strong> or <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> is an advantage. </li> <li> Proficient with tools like <strong>Git</strong>, <strong>Maven</strong>, <strong>Jenkins</strong>, and <strong>Docker</strong>. </li> <li> Hands-on experience with <strong>LLM frameworks</strong> like <strong>LangChain</strong> or <strong>LangGraph</strong> is preferred. </li> <li> Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills. </li> <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset. </li> </ul>
