AI-Augmented Senior Fullstack Engineer

<p>We’re seeking a <strong>Fullstack Developer</strong> who doesn’t just code, but <em>vibes with AI</em>. If you’ve used tools like <strong>Cursor</strong> or <strong>Claude Code</strong>, or custom LLM setups to build full applications, automate complex workflows, and accelerate software delivery, we want to meet you.</p><p>This role is for builders who know how to <strong>get things done with AI</strong>, to ship smarter, faster, and better software.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h3><strong><span style="color: #1F1F1F">Responsibilities</span></strong></h3><ul><li><p>Use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to build a fully functional application on both backend and front end.</p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="http://Node.js">Node.js</a> and Fastify.</p></li><li><p>Rapidly prototype and launch AI-powered features.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experiences enhanced by AI.</p></li><li><p>Write clean, production-ready code that works seamlessly with AI-generated components, and yet understands the responsibility of reviewing and owning the code that is generated by AI models.</p></li><li><p>Participate in code reviews (both human and AI-assisted) and promote quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and evolve backend services and REST APIs; implement caching, versioning, and scalability patterns.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to SRE practices, observability, and CI/CD automation.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with data engineering to access, transform, and use data for model prompts or fine-tuning.</p></li><li><p>Deploy and manage apps on <strong>DigitalOcean</strong>, <strong>AWS</strong>, or similar platforms.</p></li><li><p>If you are interested in this position, please answer the last question in the application form with the keyword “bear”</p></li></ul><br><br><ul><li><p>You’ve built production applications using <strong>AI-assisted development environments</strong>.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You think in workflows and prompts, not just functions and syntax.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with <strong>Node.js</strong>, <strong>Fastify</strong>, and <strong>React</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on with tools like <strong>Cursor</strong>, <strong>Claude Code</strong>, <strong>Copilot</strong>, or similar AI coding platforms.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and frontend engineering.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable deploying cloud applications and working with CI/CD pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching layers (e.g. Redis), and testing best practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Python or NestJS is a plus.</p></li><li><p>The ability to let AI do the heavy lifting while you guide the architecture and logic.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4><strong><span style="color: #1F1F1F">What We Offer</span></strong></h4><p>We believe in building great software and better humans.
