Key Responsibilities:

Follow best practices in Salesforce development and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its features.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, integration, and data migration tools.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
Familiarity with the Salesforce development lifecycle, from design to implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on customization and configuration.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
Previous experience in managing and maintaining Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients is preferred.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer I or II are a plus.

Working Hours:

Full-time, remote position.
Flexible working hours with the expectation of availability during core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM).
Opportunities for overtime and project-based work may be available.
