Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and production of visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling and engaging graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of innovative design concepts and ideas for both digital and print media.
• Assist in preparing design drafts, mockups, and final versions of various projects.
• Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, infographics, and other visual communication materials.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to ensure that design work is modern and on-brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graphic design, visual communication, or a related degree program.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects (personal or academic).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills to understand and execute design requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience through internships or academic projects related to graphic design is a plus but not required.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours tailored to fit around your academic schedule (up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with potential for full-time during breaks).
