Job description: Comunilife is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill an open position in its newest Bronx congregate program. This program will provide permanent supportive housing and case management services for adults living with HIV/AIDS and chronic medical conditions as well as Young Adults (18-24) aging out of foster care. This position offers a hourly rate of $16.92, with a generous benefit package including health insurance, dental, vision, dependent care, paid time off, 401(k), tuition assistance program and more.
Qualifications:
• Associates Degree
Minimum 2 Years of Experience
5 Day/40 work week Non-Remote Position
Proficient in Google Workspace program/Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Familiar with AWARDS, Child and Children Integrated Reporting System (CAIRS), Coordinated Assessment and Placement System (CAPS)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Responsibilities:
Maintains office supply inventory
Manages petty cash
Answers and routes telephones calls
Supports Program Director by preparing and maintaining program reports and records
Completes or supports basic functions of bookkeeping and basic accounting
Maintaining client leases, entitlements,
Tracks client rent monthly contributions
Supports procurement policies and procedures
Maintains electronic database as appropriate
