You’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of families seeking support before they have access to ABA services and ensuring they receive high-quality parent training. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of parents who do not have access to ABA services yet. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with parents on the waitlist, offering guidance and support as they navigate their unique challenges. Our goal is to bridge the gap for caregivers stuck on waitlists, so they don't feel alone in their journey while waiting for ABA services for their child. Willow ABA will provide support on both the clinical and administrative side to ensure the success of the BCBA stepping into this exciting role to launch the Willow Caregiver Support Program!</span></span><br>&nbsp;<br><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></span><ul type="disc"><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Caregiver Support:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Conduct weekly remote sessions with caregivers and their children, providing guidance and training based on ABA principles.</span></span></li><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Program Implementation:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Develop and oversee caregiver support programs, including assessments, treatment plans, and protocol modifications.</span></span></li><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Documentation &amp; Compliance:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Ensure all documentation meets Willow’s standards, HIPAA regulations, and BACB ethical guidelines.</span></span></li><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Administrative Duties:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Tracking schedule and parent communications, schedule sessions, and manage communications with caregivers and team members.</span></span></li><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Collaboration:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Work with team for ongoing authorizations and insurance approval</span></span></li></ul>&nbsp;<br><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Qualifications:</span></span></span><ul type="disc"><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">BCBA Certification:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Active BCBA certification from the BACB</span></span></li><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Experience:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Minimum 3 years as a BCBA (5+ years preferred), with experience in caregiver training and managing a clinical caseload.</span></span></li><li style="vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Skills:</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
