What You Will Do:
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements at all times, maintaining regulatory adherence within the assigned production area.
• Stop the production process immediately if any non-conforming product condition is detected.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement production activities and schedules based on product type, equipment, materials, and personnel availability.
• Train and develop staff according to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and management systems.
• Coordinate and supervise non-exempt employees, evaluating their performance using established criteria.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to relevant stakeholders, both written and oral.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Provide coaching and leadership to promote continuous improvement and high team performance.
What You Will Need:
Required:
• Previous experience in manufacturing environments (ideally 2 to 3 years).
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Basic computer skills including Office suite and production systems.
• A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Completed higher education with 2 to 3 years of experience supervising teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
