The National Pharmaceutical Account Director is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned clients, primarily in the specialty pharmacy sector. - Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP responses
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
- Monitor market trends and client needs to identify upsell opportunities
- Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic updates to client leadership teams
- Foster long-term, trust-based relationships that support Walgreens’ market leadership
