- Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent license in New Jersey (Required)

- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and manage caseload effectively
- Private, secure location for remote work
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with children and families
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with other providers when necessary
- Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, or family systems approaches
- Participate in clinical meetings and supervision as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
