Our award-winning agency client is seeking an SVP or VP of HCP & Patient Influencer Marketing. Both roles will lead influencer marketing campaigns and development while serving as thought leaders, partnering with other leaders at the agency to drive overall agency offerings. Both roles require someone that has deep Healthcare / HCP influencer and agency experience.
This is a full-time role. Ideally they would like someone local to NYC who can work hybrid, but for the right fit the client may be open to candidates in other locations who are open to occassional travel.
SVP or VP of HCP & Patient Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop Influencer marketing strategies to meet client objectives, establishing goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee execution of multi-pronged influencer campaigns, including Influencer identification, negotiation, contracting and campaign reporting/measurement
• Maintain consistent knowledge of client, generating original ideas to amplify their efforts through influencer marketing and pop culture partnerships
• Keep a pulse on timely influencer campaigns occurring across verticals
• Identify and pitch new opportunities based on industry landscape to help drive organic client growth
• Ownership and accountability for revenue forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Responsible for management of client budgets, including OOP and Influencer payments
• Participate in client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings, as applicable, including development of meeting agenda and content
• Lead client communications and sell in ideas from meeting prep to follow up to Q&A and revisions; attend in-person meetings when applicable
• Participate in planning sessions from ideation to tissue session to final presentation and new business pitches to clients and prospects
SVP or VP of HCP & Patient Influencer Marketing Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in a role with experience driving influencer marketing with a background in social media and/or PR.
• A strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the influencer marketing space
• Superior relationship building skills, proven ability to connect with clients and develop meaningful partnerships by inspiring confidence and trust
• Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer and celebrity talent relationships that results in authentic and persuasive storytelling
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
