The Role

The Principal Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing Oracle ERP and Cloud-related applications, developing any CEMLI components, and enhancing existing applications using Oracle development tools. Also responsible for working with customers, fellow IT resources, consultants, and Oracle support on the resolution of any issues as they occur in the Oracle ERP and Cloud systems. The Principal Consultant will have comprehensive knowledge of the dependencies and relationships between Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite modules and Cloud functionality. The primary emphasis will be on the SCM and Financial modules and the Principal Consultant is expected to have proficient functional knowledge in these areas.

Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle EBS implementations, support, upgrades, migrations, and development.
• Experience with OIC integration implementations and OCI infrastructure design.
• Experience with SQL & PL/SQL, Oracle ADF Desktop Integrator, OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, and XML.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Oracle APIs (SOAP and REST)
• Experience with data conversions using Oracle FBDI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyzes and evaluates business requirements by working with business users and management. Provides recommendations on the nature, scope, and complexity of solutions.
• Experience with Punch Out Catalogs, EDI, Oracle Collaboration Messaging Framework
• Expertise in Setups / Data flows / Interfaces (standard & custom) / Functionality.
• Experience in integrating Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS with other applications, e.g. Salesforce etc.
• Functional knowledge with full Source to Pay and Financials business processes
• Strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, upgrades, migrations, extensions, and customizations.

Additional Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) lifecycle.
• Experience with building Applications using Oracle PaaS
• Prepare high-level data migration strategy, mapping, and architecture documents for migrating data into Oracle ERP Cloud. Should be well versed with FBDI, ADFDI, Import Maps, and other data migration solutions.
• Ability to develop enhancements and new applications using VBCS and or Apex.
• Prepare high-level integration design and architecture documents for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Understanding of security architecture, user roles, and data access in Oracle Cloud. Ability to create custom roles as per business requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills managing technical design workshops, development of RICE objects, and communicating status.
• Expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (RICEW).
• Proven analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Strong documentation skill.
• Ability to lead development and implementation efforts with both customer and internal teams and working with both technical and business users.
• BS or equivalent and 7 years work experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination.
• Oracle certifications are a plus.
