Their commitment to a 'customer success, first and always' philosophy ensures a rewarding and forward-thinking workplace for driven professionals.</p><p>We are currently searching for a <strong>Senior CRM Business Analyst (Dynamics 365)</strong>:</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Coordinate activities across design, coding, testing, and deployment</strong> of applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with key business stakeholders</strong> to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.</li><li><strong>Prioritize enhancement requests</strong> to improve and expand CRM capabilities.</li><li><strong>Work with developers and project managers</strong> to ensure timely design, build, and delivery of applications and infrastructure components.</li><li><strong>Ensure requirements are clear and well documented.</strong></li><li><strong>Oversee project rigor</strong> including planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.</li><li><strong>Implement best practices</strong> for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Microsoft developers and internal stakeholders, to align CRM functionality with business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>6+ years of experience</strong> as a Business Analyst, ideally with CRM implementations.</li><li><strong>Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong project management and coordination skills.</strong></li><li><strong>Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools</strong> (Office 365, Power BI, Azure, etc.).</li><li><strong>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Desired</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience balancing BAU enhancements with new project initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of license management and CRM platform governance.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies.</li></ul><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Oral English.</li><li>Native Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, <strong>start your application on our website</strong> to join an award-winning employer.
