<p><span>This is a hybrid opportunity and this role requires onsite in-office presence approximately 1 to 3 days per week at either our New York, NY or Berkeley Heights, NJ office locations.</span></p><p></p><p>The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to meet client needs. The Account Executive acts as a liaison between the client and the company, working closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><u>Your Impact</u></p><ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.</li><li>Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients, utilizing networking and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">relationship-building</span> skills.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment in service delivery and client expectations.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Successful Candidate Will Have</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p></p><p>At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $84,200 - $115,000 annually.
