Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, with a strong focus on regional market expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market dynamics within the region.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility in work hours may be required based on regional client needs and travel schedules.
