Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter prescription data, insurance details, and customer information into the system.
- Ensure all data entries are correct, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
- Handle confidential information with care, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors, and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and track all completed tasks.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including document management and customer service support.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
