The Company

Our client is a clinical research company and biobank excited to expand their research to more sites within the US! They pride themselves on their data-driven healthcare platform and AI tools that they use to transform treatment of chronic illnesses. What makes their biobank unique is it's speciality focus, specifically for chronic conditions and rare disease.

The Role

As a key leader for business development, you will lead the expansion of new clinical research sites and driving new sponsor opportunities. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, establishing and nurturing key partnerships, ensuring financial sustainability, build and maintain relationships
• Development of new site and joint venture opportunity leads with physicians and clinics
• Evaluate opportunities based on revenue, timing, recruitment ability and client relationships
• Point of escalation for opportunity concerns
• Identify and help resolve roadblocks and barriers encountered during project execution
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth and expansion of clinical research sites, setting both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including research sponsors, CROs, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and other business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry best practices and ethical guidelines.
• This position involves prospecting your own loads as an individual contributor

Qualifications:
• Proven experience growing clinical research organization to new site locations and new partnerships
• Existing relationships with sponsors and CROs
• Willingness to work with a small, startup company - go above and beyond the job description
• Willingness to travel for work as much as needed (conferences, physician meetings, closing deals, etc.) Apply tot his job
