<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">As a TES Field Service Technician, you’ll be an on-site expert delivering maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing turbine-powered business aircraft. This role demands a high degree of technical proficiency, independent decision-making, and professional customer interaction.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Perform inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, and operational testing on engines and related systems per OEM instructions.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Conduct engine changes, scheduled inspections, and in-field repairs on customer aircraft.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Make airworthiness determinations and issue Return to Service certifications within your authorized scope.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Maintain tooling calibration for all assigned equipment.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Serve as TES’s on-site representative, ensuring technical accuracy, safety compliance, and positive customer engagement.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Professionally communicate with customers to explain technical findings, recommend solutions, and maintain strong relationships.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Drive resolution of technical and logistical issues while balancing operator needs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Prepare and complete all required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><strong>Required:</strong></span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">FAA Airframe &amp; Powerplant (A&amp;P) certificate.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">2–3 years’ turbine engine maintenance experience in the aviation industry.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Demonstrated experience on the following engine types: HTF7000 series, TFE731, CFE738, APU models.<br>
<em>(Rolls Royce BR710 and CF34 experience a plus, but not required.)</em></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in remote environments.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Professional presence, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to foster positive customer relationships.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Valid driver’s license, passport eligibility, and ability to travel extensively (domestic &amp; international).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ability to learn company/industry software.</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">OEM training on applicable engines.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Prior field service or mobile maintenance experience.</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><strong>Physical &amp; Work Environment</strong></span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Frequent domestic and occasional international travel.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Work performed on-aircraft, in hangars, and on ramps — including outdoors in varying weather.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Periodic elevated noise exposure during engine runs (hearing protection provided).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.</span></li>
