Job Description<div><div>TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div><ul><li>Independently provides support and services to assigned customers and sales team members </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Screens, validates, and enters purchases orders into ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring pricing, discounts, shipping and delivery dates align with production levels and 3rd party logistics </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Independently determines orders’ appropriate ship dates, items, quantities, and manages customer’s order fulfillment expectations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assists in requesting customers follow company ordering policies and procedures and enforces that orders’ alignment to price sheets, order minimums and lead-time </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>As part of the order fulfillment team with logistics, reviews shipment and delivery date, obtains date changes from customers, and assists with issue resolution between BYND, 3rd party logistics providers and shipping warehouses </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Investigates order discrepancy claims, acquiring proofs of delivery and conducting other fulfillment research, determining to confirm or dispute claims in conjunction with logistics and accounting </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Evaluates customer service and order fulfillment programs and tools for effectiveness and suggests resource improvements when appropriate </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintains a positive and professional demeanor, while being adaptable and resourceful </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Supervisory Duties (if applicable) </div><div><ul><li>None </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>QUALIFICATIONS </div><div>Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:  </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Good attention to details and problem-solving skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with CPG order fulfillment and logistics a plus but not required: NetSuite, i-Trade, Retail Link, Partners Online (Target) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Some familiarity with EDI preferred but not required </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Other qualifications: </div><div> </div><div>WORK ENVIRONMENT </div><div><ul><li>This position can be based remotely or at our HQ location in El Segundo, CA.</li></ul></div></div>**Annual salary commensurate with experience** The starting annual base pay for this remote role is between USD $60,000 and $70,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
