About the position

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Analysis & Reporting professional to support the computation and analysis of risk-weighted assets (RWA) for Credit Risk products. This role involves interfacing with line of business controllers, producing RWA under Basel 3 rules, and ensuring accurate regulatory reporting. The position requires strategic implementation of rule changes and indirect leadership of product team members across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
• Interface with line of business (LOB) controllers to support the computation and analysis of risk-weighted assets (RWA) for Credit Risk products.

• Produce RWA under Basel 3 rules and analyze quarter-over-quarter changes in RWA.
,
• Work with LOB controllers and Credit Officers to determine variance drivers such as portfolio changes, policy updates, and capital treatment.
,
• Own the adjustment process and identify, track, and resolve data issues.
,
• Ensure RWA is accurately captured in regulatory reports and escalate any issues that may occur.
,
• Drive strategic implementations of rule changes or policy guidance.
,
• Indirectly lead product team members in the production of RWA results and strategic implementations across multiple locations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study.

• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis & Reporting, Basel Analyst, Basel RWA Reporting, Finance Manager, Credit Risk Analyst, Accountant, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.
,
• Experience in treasury, financial, or regulatory reporting at a bank, hedge fund, asset management, or accounting firm with 5,000 or more employees.
,
• Credit risk management and reporting experience.
,
• Experience leading projects encompassing multiple teams across the organization.
,
• Experience leading individuals (directly or indirectly).
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access for loading tables and querying objects and tables.
,
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLookup, embedded IF statements, and index and match formulas.
,
• Experience presenting information to senior business partners.
,
• Experience performing variance analysis to find and investigate key drivers.
,
• Experience creating Tableau and Alteryx workflows.
