Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead a fast-paced customer service department for one of our growing clients. In this key role, you’ll support internal teams and customers while ensuring timely handling of payments, licenses, credits, and pricing issues. You'll also oversee and mentor a dedicated team of CS Representatives, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job type: Direct Hire, permanent
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + bonus
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and coach the Customer Service team.
  • Manage electronic payment processing. customer setup, and licensing.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies and billing issues.
  • Support customer and internal team escalations.
  • Drive process improvements and training.
 
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years Customer Service experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A degree—or equivalent experience with a strong track record
