This is a remote position.
Hospitality Spotlight is seeking a Complex/Area Director of Revenue Strategy for a luxury independent hotel in the southeast US. If you're a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record of maximizing revenue and optimizing distribution channels, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high-performing team in a thriving hospitality market.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Oversee Reservations, Distribution, and Revenue Management strategies
• Identify and implement new revenue opportunities to drive profitability
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Optimize and expand distribution partnerships to increase market reach
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance service standards and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Travel approximately 30% as part of your role
• Handle additional revenue-related tasks as needed to support business goals
What You Bring to the Table:
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management with a luxury independent hotel, specifically as a Director of Revenue
• Multiple property/outlet experience
• Successfully lead revenue management in a resort setting.
• Manage and optimize FIT distribution channels with confidence and strategic oversight
• Proven experience managing revenue operations in southern East Coast
• Strong background in revenue management systems (RMS) and online hotel reservation platforms. Ability to use and adapt to a variety of revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker+)
• Use existing tools and reports to make data-driven decisions; create custom reports when necessary
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize profit margins
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Compensation:
• Annual base salary: $110K - $140K (depending on experience)
