<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>

Drive Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue across biotech accounts on the West Coast.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner in their clinical trial success.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Develop & Execute Account Plans: Align sales initiatives with Signant Health’s business goals to drive long-term success.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing deals.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Solution Leads, Solutions Architects, and Scientific Consulting teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Lead Proposal & Bid Defense: Take ownership of crafting compelling proposals and ensuring our solutions stand out in a competitive market.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Provide Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to inform business strategy.

<h3>What You’ll Bring:</h3>
<h4>Must-Haves:</h4>

Proven success in B2B sales within the eClinical or life sciences industry, with experience selling clinical research services or technology solutions.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Strong understanding of biotech industry needs and the ability to position Signant Health as a key partner in clinical trials.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Demonstrated expertise in complex, consultative sales, including proposal development, bid defense, and customer presentations.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage pipelines effectively, and accurately forecast sales outcomes.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
</li>

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
</li>

Experience working with CROs, biotech, or global matrixed organizations.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Familiarity with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM systems), Microsoft Office, and Excel.
</li>
