As a Client Solution Advisor within PNC's Corporate Banking Regional Credit Products Group organization, you can be based in Grand Rapids, Troy, Chicago, Indianapolis, Louisville or Nashville. This is a hybrid position which provides flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The Client Solution Advisor role is an administrative position which provides support to Underwriters (UW), Credit Products Specialists (CPS), Regional Managers, and clients by maintaining highly effective relationships with service partners throughout the Bank. CSA's assists the deal team with providing superior client servicing, loan fulfillment and data integrity. They communicate directly with clients, service partners, external vendors, and legal. These relationships help support critical compliance with policies, procedures, and risk avoidance. As a Client Solution Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting 3-5 Underwriters. You are the local point of contact for clients, assisting with compliance reporting, commercial loan documentation, initiating funding and booking of loans, research regarding bank products, providing various reports to the deal team and maintaining data integrity throughout various bank systems. The ideal candidate will possess a BA or BS in a related area plus 2 years of administrative lending and or related experience. Strong and effective verbal & written communication skills, strong organizational skills with detail orientation, critical thinking skills, analytical and problem-solving skills to reach resolution, and the ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly are essential. Experience collaborating and building relationships with partners across the Enterprise is also important. Knowledge of key lending systems and applications (i.e. Capital Stream, CLASS, ACBS, CUI, LINKS, Tableau, CXX) is a plus, as is familiarity with collecting financial statements, covenant monitoring, and managing loan documentation.
Responsibilities
• Support 3-5 Underwriters by maintaining effective relationships with service partners throughout the Bank.

• Assist the deal team with providing superior client servicing, loan fulfillment, and data integrity.

• Communicate directly with clients, service partners, external vendors, and legal to support compliance with policies and procedures.

• Assist with compliance reporting, commercial loan documentation, initiating funding and booking of loans, and research regarding bank products.

• Provide various reports to the deal team and maintain data integrity throughout various bank systems.

• Implement complex new products and services for clients, analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables.

• Provide ongoing relationship management and maintain client-specific procedures.
,
• Leverage knowledge of industry and PNC products/solutions to identify outside sales opportunities.
,
• Consult with clients and service partners to gather and utilize data for client-specific information.
,
• Act as a project manager, coordinating implementation work and managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
,
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving challenges regarding implementation and production support issues.
,
• Coach staff, Sales, and/or clients when needed, and lead team communications and meetings.
Requirements
