About the position
The Senior Integrated Program Planner at Lockheed Martin will play a crucial role in the CH-53K and VH-92 Presidential Helicopter Program, providing scheduling analytics and expertise. Responsibilities
• Ensure status progress is collected, input, analyzed, and reported on accurately and timely.

• Ensure the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are networked for Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
,
• Contribute to the completion of weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events.
,
• Assist in analyzing key intermediate milestones for status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
,
• Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information.
,
• Manage schedule baseline and control, assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
,
• Assist in proposal generation, costing, and cost/schedule integration.
,
• Perform required schedule assessments using Risk Management tools.
,
• Prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers.
Requirements
• Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience, and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
,
• Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project and Open Plan.
,
• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management.
,
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
,
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
,
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
,
• Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem-solving, and execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to interface effectively with senior leaders in the organization.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

• Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.

• Experience with Open Plan.

• Excel skills (X-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• IMPR/IPMDAR experience.
