Summary
We’re seeking an energetic and professional Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Sales team. The primary focus of this role is to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce them to Schultz’s products and services, and set the stage for deeper sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce Schultz and its offerings
• Clearly communicate the value and mission of Schultz to potential customers
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to support the sales process
• Schedule follow-up appointments or demos for the sales team
• Log call outcomes and maintain accurate records in ConnectWise, our CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and conversion goals
Requirements
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or sales support role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections professionally
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar CRM software is a plus
Qualifications
• Comfortably making cold calls and talking to new people all day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• In-depth understanding of company services and position in the industry
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Education and/or Experience
• At least 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
