The Role
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Associate to lead new business acquisition in your region (NJ, TX, or FL). You’ll represent Thermaissance at hospital vendor fairs, initiate direct outreach to clinics and hospitals, manage the sample-to-pilot conversion journey, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and qualify a strong lead pipeline of hospitals, dental groups, and clinical buyers
• Represent Thermaissance at vendor fairs, expos, and in-facility product demos
• Own the entire sales cycle — from outreach and engagement to follow-up and closing
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets tied to pilot conversions and purchase orders
• Track outreach and outcomes in CRM; generate accurate sales forecasts
• Maintain close coordination with HQ on product positioning and feedback collection
• Deliver post-sale onboarding support with customer service and operations teams
What You Bring
• 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience (preferred: medical apparel, healthcare supplies, dental or pharma)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Prior experience selling through vendor days or healthcare expos
• Located in NJ, TX, or FL — with ability to travel within your region as needed
• Self-motivated and accountable with excellent follow-through
Compensation
• Base Salary plus Sales Commission
• Travel Reimbursements
• Optional Benefits: Health stipend or insurance plan after 6 months of service
