About the position

The Director of Learning, Development, and Engagement at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's commitment to fostering a supportive and trauma-informed environment. This position involves leading the design and implementation of a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that promotes employee growth, community engagement, and effective onboarding processes. The Director will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer to develop innovative learning solutions and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that CCSI's workforce is prepared for future challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Chief People and Culture Officer to create and implement a learning and development strategy that supports CCSI's strategic goals.

• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of learning initiatives and optimize programs based on employee performance metrics.

• Redesign the employee onboarding experience and develop comprehensive supervisor training programs.
,
• Lead efforts to design learning programs that help employees adapt to organizational changes and new technologies.
,
• Explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance employee experience and support continuous development.
,
• Partner in establishing and maintaining an internal Learning Management System (LMS).
,
• Leverage existing and new technologies to create virtual connectivity among employees.
,
• Design and implement employee engagement programs, including virtual games and team-building events.
,
• Collaborate with Benefits and Wellness to develop engagement initiatives that promote employee well-being.
,
• Establish a process for employees to create development plans and prepare for future roles.
,
• Partner with leaders across departments to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with business goals.
,
• Manage the budget for learning, development, and engagement initiatives.
,
• Develop and manage a calendar of learning and engagement events.
,
• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of programs through employee feedback and performance analytics.

Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development.
,
• Professional certifications in Learning and Development, such as CPTD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR are a plus.
,
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development strategies.
,
• Strong background in employee engagement strategies, particularly in virtual or hybrid work environments.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
,
• Experience with data analytics and performance metrics.
