Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement decentralized applications (DApps) using blockchain technologies.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts to enhance functionality within the blockchain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and create blockchain-based solutions.
• Work on Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) to ensure scalability, security, and performance of blockchain systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug blockchain applications to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in blockchain development.
• Integrate blockchain with existing IT infrastructure and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in blockchain technologies and frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Go, Rust, JavaScript, or Python.
• In-depth understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with smart contracts, cryptography, and blockchain protocols.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and tokenomics.
• Ability to design and develop blockchain-based solutions for various industries.
• Strong knowledge of database management, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Distributed Ledger Technologies.
• Proven track record of successful blockchain project deployments and implementation of blockchain solutions.
• Previous experience in building decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
