Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Ensure designs are consistent with the overall brand identity and aligned with best practices in UX/UI design.
Create and maintain detailed design specifications and documentation.
Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and ensure the final product meets the expected user experience standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in usability and accessibility.
Proficient in prototyping tools and wireframing techniques.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
Proven experience working on web and mobile applications, from conceptualization to final design implementation.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Previous involvement in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with flexible working hours.
