As a Genius at the Apple Store, you will provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring their trust in Apple products. Your role involves diagnosing product issues, offering solutions, and educating both customers and team members about Apple products. You will contribute to a culture of inclusivity and support, while maintaining your technical knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose product issues and provide technical support to customers. ,
