<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"> Working under a grant from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), the <strong>Post Release Services (PRS) Case Manager Level 2</strong> provides Level 2 post release services including conducting initial in-home assessments, ongoing monthly assessments, plans, connection to community-based services, and other services either in-person or virtually, depending on wellbeing of the child. PRS Case Managers must have knowledge of local community social services and specialized experience working with immigrant populations. They should be knowledgeable about family preservation, kinship care, human services, and/or general child welfare. PRS case managers provide Level Two (2) PRS and may also provide Level One (1) PRS. Required travel includes initial in-home assessment followed by monthly in-home or virtual visits with in-person home visits at least every 90 days.</span></span></p>

<li><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Experience working with immigrant populations.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Prior experience with ORR HS/PRS preferred.</span></span></li>
