<p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented <strong>Billing Supervisor</strong> to lead our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on<strong> experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) </strong>and a proven track record in managing billing operations, ensuring timely claim submission, accurate payment posting, and effective denial management. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting.---</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Billing Operations</p><p>· Oversee charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.</p><p>· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of claims in eClinicalWorks.</p><p>· Review and resolve claim rejections and denials; coordinate appeals as needed.</p><p>· Implement best practices to improve clean claim rates and reduce days in A/R.</p><p>· Communicate with outsourced billing company and practice managers</p><p>Compliance & Process Improvement</p><p>· Ensure billing processes comply with federal, state, and payer regulations.</p><p>· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer requirements, coding guidelines, and healthcare regulations.</p><p>· Develop and refine workflows within ECW to optimize billing efficiency.</p><p>Reporting & Analysis</p><p>· Generate and analyze billing and collections reports from ECW.</p><p>· Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>· Present monthly performance metrics to management.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Minimum 3–5 years of medical billing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.</p><p>· Proficiency in eClinicalWorks billing workflows, claim management, and reporting tools.</p><p>· Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding principles.</p><p>· Experience with multiple payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.</p><p>· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>· Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential.</p><p>· Experience in multi-specialty or high-volume outpatient practices.</p><p>· Knowledge of revenue cycle KPIs and performance improvement strategies<br> </p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>· Sit for long periods of time and calls required</p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>· Remote work</p><p>· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 - 4:30 pm</p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong></p><p>· This is a manager position- will manage a growing team and report to department head</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>· Our company offers a comprehensive benefit package, including health insurance, Dental and vision</p>
