Role Overview
We're seeking driven individuals passionate about real estate wholesaling to join our platform. As a Property Acquisition specialist, your primary responsibility is to generate leads. We provide the rest: AI-analyzed seller leads, a proprietary CRM and dialer, transaction management, and dedicated deal managers to assist in relationship management and transaction coordination.
What We Provide
• AI-Analyzed Seller Leads: Access to high-quality leads vetted by our proprietary AI engine through PropertyPulse.ai, ensuring you engage with motivated sellers.
• Proprietary CRM & Triple-Line AI Predictive Dialer: Streamline your outreach and manage leads efficiently.
• Transaction Management: We handle contracts, EMD, negotiations, and closings, allowing you to focus on lead generation.
• Dedicated Deal Manager: Receive support in managing relationships and navigating deals to closure.
• Training & Collaboration: Participate in twice-weekly training sessions and group collaboration meetings to enhance your skills and network.
• Performance Bonuses: Compete in our monthly challenges and earn bonuses as a top performer.
Compensation Structure
• First 5 Deals: Earn 50% of the wholesale fee.
• Deals 6–10: Earn 55% of the wholesale fee.
• 11+ Deals: Earn 60% of the wholesale fee for the remainder of the year (resets annually)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Engage with AI-analyzed seller leads provided by PropertyPulse.ai to identify motivated sellers.
• Utilize the proprietary CRM and triple-line AI predictive dialer to efficiently contact potential sellers.
• Implement various outreach strategies, including cold calling and texting, to generate new leads.
2. Seller Engagement & Relationship Building
• Initiate contact with property owners, build rapport, and understand their motivations for selling.
• Gather essential property information and assess seller needs to determine suitability for wholesale deals.
3. Property Evaluation & Analysis
• Conduct preliminary assessments of properties using online tools and data provided.
• Collaborate with the deal management team to evaluate the financial viability of potential deals.
4. CRM Management & Data Tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and progression of leads.
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in twice-weekly training sessions and group collaboration meetings to enhance skills and share best practices.
• Work closely with dedicated deal managers to navigate deals from initiation to closure.
6. Performance & Goal Achievement
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly performance targets to qualify for bonuses and increased commission rates.
• Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the real estate wholesaling industry.
Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate wholesaling is a plus but not required.
• Equipment: Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running our CRM and dialer software.
• Availability: Willingness to participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
